To what extent do you guide me through the process?
We support candidates throughout the entire process—from the initial intake to preparing for interviews and providing assistance during negotiations and contract signing.
Do you only hire women, or men as well?
We do not exclusively recruit women; we welcome applications from everyone, regardless of gender.
Our focus is on fostering team balance. We take a thoughtful approach to evaluating the diversity and composition of teams, aiming to create environments where diverse perspectives can thrive and contribute to better business outcomes.
How many candidates do you typically present per process?
On average, we present 4 to 5 candidates per process.
