About Women in Sales

2010, where it all started

In 2010, Elles van Teylingen founded Women in Sales with a clear mission: to elevate more women into top sales positions. She noticed that women were still underrepresented in leadership roles, with the focus primarily on diversity at the C-level and boardroom, while talented female sales professionals were often overlooked. Today, the importance of balanced teams is more relevant than ever. Research shows that diversity leads to better performance and increased profitability.
